Duration of Work: 3 Months (minimum)

Compensation: Approximately $6,500/month + Subsidized Health Insurance

We’re BCS Interactive, a New Jersey-based cause marketing agency that helps nonprofit, educational and socially-responsible organizations make the world a better place. In the past year, our work has helped to:

  • Ensure music education for kids
  • Make the country a more just place

We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Account Manager on a temporary basis to help steward our clients’ projects through to completion and deliver results. This position is covering for an Account Manager who will be on maternity leave for 3 months. 

This is a full-time/temporary, position (remote is ok!) and is open to anyone in the continental U.S.  You'll be paid as a full-time employee, not as a freelancer/consultant. The right candidate will have the skills, experience and temperament to oversee projects in each of our two core service areas:

  1. Building – Websites, apps, and digital tools to help our clients grow their organizations and run their operations more efficiently and effectively

  2. Growing – Online marketing campaigns that help clients cut through the noise and increase awareness, understanding and donor interest

What’s it like to work at BCS Interactive?

The Temporary Digital Account Manager reports to the agency CEO. You'll be working with a diversity of people, projects and causes within our industry focus and you’ll be able to do that work from anywhere you please.

On any given day, you might oversee the completion of a large website build, coordinating designers, developers and content specialists with the client and their team. Or, you may be teaching an Executive Director and her team how to run and analyze their own Facebook advertising campaign, and then meet with a client to review their website analytics and develop campaign concepts to grow their mission.

Who Will Best Succeed at this Role?

Three qualities define a successful Digital Account Manager at BCS Interactive:

  1. Experience – You’ve managed both digital projects and campaigns and the teams that produce them

  2. Diligence – You’re hyper-organized and a maestro of task completion

  3. Passion for Digital – You love technology, digital marketing and design

Requirements and Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of account management or digital project management experience, either agency or client-side. Experience in the nonprofit, education or CSR sector is a plus.

Skills required: The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • The Google Suite
  • Adobe products (Photoshop in particular)
  • Email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot

And a least a basic knowledge of:

  • WordPress CMS
  • Social media platforms, organic posting and paid promotion
  • Google Analytics
